The secret of change

Having paid my dues in a design agency environment, I realized that I could provide more value and personal attention to clients through operating my own design firm. No longer did I want my clients to be merely “accounts” but I wanted to form relationships with them and build trust. The number of accounts I had was unimportant to me as I was more focused on the quality of my work and the satisfaction of my clients. After 8 years of business and hundreds of clients both locally and globally, I am excited to announce the rebranding of Doug Brown Design.

Change is hard and thinking of doing a complete overhaul of my business was, at times, overwhelming. But change is necessary as it allows us to grow and accomplish things we never thought possible. Being part of an industry that is constantly changing, I have been working to rebrand my business to reflect my deep desire to help others and provide one-on-one attention. My mission is to educate clients on the value of design, put a plan in place to solve their current design problems and then develop the creative.  I am a trusted team member that my client can turn to and together we will build a strong design brand.
